![]() Is there an official place where I could submit a ticket directly to Mikrotik for this? At least so they're aware of the issue, since this is a new, pretty powerful device. I do have a Mikrotik test env but it's got a RB2011 MIPSBE router in it which doesn't support The Dude. You can manually add it to any device or configure it to one that you already have. It will automatically create a diagram that shows the entire structure of all the hosts that are contained within a determined range of addresses. Got the networks, firewall, NAT, IPSec tunnels, PPP, all already configured. The Dude is a suprising app that you can use to graphically manage a network of computers. Still don't really feel like resetting it all the way to blank slate. The network is currently under development so this was just a part of the process. It's not a live env as in users are actively connected to it and getting internet access through it. adminMirkoTik > dude print enabled: yes data-directory: disk1/dude-data status: running. ![]() To enable or disable the dude server: /dude set enabled (yes/no) Example on what you should see. Check dude status with command: /dude print. You can try it on some other device, dedicated for the dude server only: for example on hEX, or on CHR running on some virtualisation platform.Īnyway it's not a good idea to test something on a machine working in live environment. Server by default will be disabled, enabled it. If the Dude tab does not appear, that means something is definitely wrong. Such a shame, I would really love to test out the features The Dude has to offer.
